Jerry and I spent a few days out on the water, and even with the wind kicking up, the bite stayed on 🎣🌬️
We managed a solid catch of redfish and trout two days in a row. The trout were running 15–20 inches, and the redfish came in strong at 20–31 inches. We released a few due to regulations, but still put some quality fish in the freezer.
All fish were caught under a Four Horsemen popping cork with live shrimp—can’t beat a setup that gets the job done.
We had a great time and even managed to relax a bit—nothing better than being out on the water.
Goes to show—sometimes you’ve just got to get out there and fish, even when conditions aren’t perfect.
