Harriet Hershey Durham
First time saltwater fishing in North Fl in almost 3 years. Eric started the day with a nice size trout – the picture does not do it justice. Then followed by my very unique Red that has surely adapted to survive. I went to lip it to remove the hook and thought, dang, I don’t remember reds mouths being so small – because all I’ve caught lately is largemouth bass. Then realized it had a mouth/nose deformity. Poor beautiful baby! we also caught a few rat reds and then Eric nailed a nice 25 inch, thick red that was the most beautiful copper color but that color didn’t show up in the pics.
Thanks Capt. Roger Perry Bump Jr for reintroducing us to saltwater after our hiatus
. We had a good time today!
