Today’s ladies tournament was another one for the books! We had the pleasure of having CCA Star scholarship recipient Ariana and her amazing mama on the boat to fish with us! The morning started off HOT even though it was cloudy and a bit rainy but the fish didn’t mind! We quickly boated our winning black drum and a nice snook! All thanks to Mission Fishin Lure Co jig heads! We then went chasing down the trout to complete our slam as we had caught a nice redfish as well. The sun finally came out and all of a sudden within the last 20 minutes before turn in time we finished the day off with our amazing trout including a 20.75 incher! Ariana was gifted a goodie bag from Crystal River’s famous Salty Girls Beach Shop and a brand new pair of danco pliers from CCA Florida STAR Tournament!
